Assistance Certification to Non-Domiciled
We are qualified as an Audit Firm of international prestige to issue a Technical Assistance Certification for Non-Domiciled Legal Entities under Law 28442 dated December 30, 2004, amending Article 56 tax rates for non-domiciled legal entities according to the rendering of the services provided.
The benefit reduces the income tax from 30% to 15%, considering the service provided abroad as Technical Assistance.
Technical Assistance means any independent service, provided by a company not domiciled from abroad or Peru, whereby the provider uses their skills through certain procedures, arts, or techniques in the production process, marketing, or in any other activity to be carried out by the user company domiciled in Peru.
